Customer Service Executive - Correspondence (1 year contract)

As part of the Customer Service team, you will play an active role in delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary role is to handle customer enquiries and requests to ensure our replies are timely, accurate and professional. Your responsibilities include the handling of written correspondence via email or letter; and administer tracking of customer enquiries to ensure that customer requests are attended to according to the given time frame and all service levels are met.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma or Degree holder, preferably with all insurance certifications including M5, M9 and Health Insurance
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Positive with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and must be effectively bilingual in English and one other local language
  • Mature and responsible, with a strong commitment to service excellence
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of the insurance/financial industry or of customer service roles will be ideal
